Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your trip with The Wild Travellers.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 45 days before departure: Deposit forfeited
  • 30-45 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

No refunds will be given for unused services or early departure from trips.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates where required. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must declare any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to complete the trip. The Wild Travellers reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the trip. Safety instructions provided by guides must be followed at all times.

5. Changes to Itineraries

While we make every effort to operate trips as planned, we reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but no refunds will be given for changes beyond our control.

6. Liability

The Wild Travellers acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the trip.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of arranging your trip and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
